Note: If you are already in
the Folder Manager that you want to work with, skip to step 4.

In the Navigator, click the Content
Areas tab.

Navigate to
Path: Content Areas > Name
of Content Area > Folders.

In the Actions column, click Edit
next to the folder you want to work with to display the Folder Manager.
Note: If you do not see the
folder that you want to work with, this means that you have not been granted
the appropriate folder access privileges. See your content
area administrator to request folder access.

The Folder Manager displays the folder tabs which contain specific
folder configuration settings:
Required,
Optional,
Style,
Image,
Nav Bar,
Access. You are not required to complete all the tab settings.
However, each tab allows you to control important aspects of the folder.

Click any tab to edit the related folder properties.
Note: Be sure to click Apply
if you want to continue working on another tab page, otherwise
changes may be lost.

When you are satisfied with all your changes, click OK
to return to the Navigator.
The folder is modified with your changes.
Performing folder tasks from the folder area
You can also perform other folder-related tasks by clicking
Edit folder located on the main banner to switch to Edit mode. Next
to each folder, you can click any of the available edit tools: edit,
add sub-folder, delete, move, and copy.

Edit Folder |
Click to display the Folder Manager from which you can change various
folder properties. |

Add a Sub-folder |
Click to display the Folder Wizard to add a sub-folder (folder below
the parent folder). |

Delete Folder |
Click to delete the folder from the content area.
Note: Make sure when
deleting a folder since all sub-folders and content items in these
folders are also deleted from the content area and database. You
cannot undo this action. |

Move Folder |
Click to move a folder from the current folder to a destination
folder. For more information, see Moving a folder. |

Copy Folder |
Click to copy this folder to another folder. For more information,
see Copying a folder. |
