Viewing a folder

You can view a folder in View mode which is what public users and visiters to the content area do. Or, if you are managing content in the folder, you'll need to view the folder in Edit mode.

You must be logged on as an authorized user with the appropriate View Content privileges. However, public users can view folders that are displayed to the public.

To view a folder:

  1. In the Navigator, click the Content Areas tab.

  2. Navigate to Path: Content Areas > Name of Content Area > Folders.

  1. In the Name column, click the desired folder link to display the folder in the content area.

Note: If you do not see the folder that you want to work with, this means that you have not been granted the appropriate folder access privileges. See your content area administrator to request folder access.

As a visiter to the content area, items that you are authorized to view are displayed. Click any item link to display its content.
