Note: If you are already in
the folder in which you want to work with, click Folder
Style on the folder dashboard and
continue from step 4.

In the Navigator, click the Content Areas tab.

Navigate to Path: Content Areas > Name
of Content Area > Styles.

In the Actions column, click Edit next to the style you
want to work with to display the Style Manager.

Click the
Folder Layout tab.

Click
beside any region in the region layout diagram to edit its
properties, including the default region names (i.e. Quickpicks,
News, Regular items, etc.).
The Style Manager (Edit Region): Item or Sub-folder
configuration automatically appears.

In the Number of Columns field, enter a number.
Example: A region with three columns would look like:

All items and sub-folders in the region are ordered into the number
if columns specified in this field. Thus, only those items that can
be displayed in the number of rows and columns specified are visible
in View mode. For example, if you specify three rows and three
columns, only nine items will be visible in View Mode.

All items are visible to the authorized user editing the folder.

Leaving this field blank displays all items and sub-folders in a
single column. |

In the Number Of Rows field, enter a number.
Example: A region with three rows would look like:

Leaving this field blank would dynamically expand the number of rows
in the region to accommodate the items added to it.

All items are visible to the authorized user editing the folder.

columns specified are visible in View mode. For example, if you
specify three rows and three columns, only nine items will be visible
in View mode. |

Click Apply.
The folder region layout is modified with your changes. |
