Changing the style applied to your folder

You must be logged on as the style administrator, creator of the style, or an authorized user with the Edit Style privilege to perform this task.

Be careful when changing the style applied to the folder since any changes affect the appearance of all other folders and navigation bars using that style.

To change the style applied to your folder:

Note: If you are already in the Folder Manager that you want to work with, skip to step 4.

  1. In the Navigator, click the Content Areas tab.

  2. Navigate to Path: Content Areas > Name of Content Area > Folders.

  1. In the Actions column, click Edit next to the folder you want to work with to display the Folder Manager.

Note: If you do not see the folder that you want to work with, this means that you have not been granted the appropriate folder access privileges. See your content area administrator to request folder access.

  1. Click the Style tab.

  2. In the Select Style list below the Current Style section, choose another style.

  3. Click Apply to save your changes.

  4. If you want to edit this style, click the link in the Style Properties section, to edit the style applied to this folder.

Note: If the link is not displayed, you are not authorized to edit the style applied to this folder.

  1. Click any of the style tabs (Main, Folder Layout, Properties) to review all your style settings.

  2. Click Apply on each tab to save your settings and continue working.

  3. Click OK.
