How to display newly-added items

Typically, items are displayed in the folder area under their category banner or depending on how they were grouped. You can also choose to view newly-created items in a folder area (items with the attribute) or you can also create a report which lists items created in a given folder during a specific time period.

Only items for which you have View privileges will display.

To display newly-added items in a content area:

  1. In the Navigator, click the Content Areas tab to navigate to Path: Content Areas.

  2. In the Name column, click the content area link that contains the item you want to work with.

  3. The content area home page (root folder) is displayed with all the sub-folder links that were chosen.

If you do not see the folder that you want to work with, this means that you have not been granted the appropriate folder access privileges. See your content area administrator to gain access.

  1. In the folder area, click next to any new item.

A list of all newly-created items in the content area are displayed.
