Assigning a style administrator

You can assign a user or group of users as a style administrator of a content area. If you assign a group as style administrator, all the members of that group are granted style administrator privileges.

You must be the content area administrator, the portal administrator, or have Manage privileges on All Content Areas to assign a style administrator.

To assign a style administrator:

  1. In the Navigator, click the Content Areas tab.

  2. Navigate to the root path.

  3. In the row for your content area, click Edit Properties.

  4. Click Access.

  5. In the Grantee field, enter the user name of the user or the name of the group that you want to assign as the style administrator. If you are not sure of the name of the user or group, click (for users) or (for groups), and select from the list provided.

  6. In the list, choose Manage Style.

  7. Click Add.

    Note: To revoke style administrator privileges from a user or group, click next the user or group in the Grantee column of the Change Access section.

  8. Click OK.
