In the Navigator, click the Pages tab.

Navigate
to the following path:
Path: Pages

In the Page Styles row, click Create.

In the Display Name field,
enter a name for the style, which will be used on the Navigator and
throughout the product. The name
must not exceed 40 characters. Optionally, add a Description.
The description is available only in edit mode, and thus is not
intended to help users of your style determine the style's purpose or
content. The description must not exceed 200 characters.

Select Make Public to make
this style available to other users.
If you select this check box, other users see the name of your style
in the list of available styles when they are creating or editing a
page. Users can also use your style as the basis for creating their
own. (Only users with the Publish privilege for All Styles see this
check box.)

Click the radio button that pertains to the caching
option you want to impose.
Note: If you select expires
based caching and later change to validation based caching, if the
page style has already been cached the cached version of the style
will still be used until the caching time period has been reached. We
recommend that you do not select expires based caching until you have
finished developing the page style.

Click Next.

From the Page Style Element
list, choose an aspect of the style to customize. See the following
topics for more details:

Use the color palette to select a new color for the page style
element, or enter the hexadecimal color code in the Color field.
To change the font, choose the desired font face, font color, and
font size. The <Default> font face renders the text in the
default font specified by the user's browser.

Click Apply.
A preview of your color and font selections appear to the right.

Customize each of the page style elements as desired, remembering to
click Apply after changing
the color or font of each element.

Click Finish.
The next time you create or edit a page, you can choose this page
style to apply.
