You create a new category for your content area to classify items and folders by type. When users add an item to the content area or create a new folder, they assign a category to it to tell other users what kind of content is found in the item or folder. Users can search on categories to display all of the content that is currently associated with the category. Not all of the available properties are set when you create a category. Typically, you will want to edit your category after creating it to specify the rest of the available properties. |
