Select a Search Results Type. The types include Items, Folders, Categories, and Perspectives.
Select the Search Results Display Options
Display option check boxes
After you select a Search Results Type, the display options available for the results type are displayed. Select the check box next to the display option to include it for the result type. The display options you select here are displayed for each item, folder, category, or perspective, displayed on the Search Results Page.
Example: If the Search Results Type is "Items", and you select the Display Folder and Display Description check boxes, folder and description information is displayed for each item on the Search Results Page.
Note: Make sure you click Apply to save your changes before choosing another results type in the Search Results Type list.
Show Search?
Show Search?
Select whether to include the search field on the Search Results Page. The search field displays the text of the search.
Example: If you select the Show Search check box, and then enter charts for a search, the following displays on the Search Results page under the search result:
If you clear this check box, the search field does not display.
